LEED Private Mobility

Our Standards

The standard behind every journey.

Every LEED journey must meet the same non-negotiable requirements, regardless of service, city, passenger profile, or booking channel. The experience may change in scale; the standard does not.

Before the Journey

Preparation
The vehicle is inspected, the cabin prepared, the itinerary verified, the chauffeur briefed, and the route and alternatives considered.
Confirmation
The service class is confirmed only when the vehicle, chauffeur, and operating capacity are secured.
Flight-linked journeys
Flight information is actively monitored and the ground plan is adjusted as required.

During the Journey

The quiet welcome
The correct greeting and title are used. Door and luggage assistance are provided appropriately, and identity is protected in public locations.
The privacy pause
After confirming the destination, the chauffeur allows the passenger to establish the preferred atmosphere: conversation or quiet.
The protected cabin
No personal questions, previous-client discussion, unnecessary calls, unwanted audio, route debate, or excessive conversation.

At Arrival and After

Considered arrival
The correct entrance is confirmed and the receiving party is coordinated with when authorized.
Final cabin check
The cabin is checked immediately for personal belongings and secure lost-property procedures are followed.
Preference note
Non-sensitive preferences are updated only with permission and used to improve future journeys.

When Plans Change

Command and recovery
LEED identifies disruption early, activates alternatives, protects the agreed departure time where possible, communicates only what is relevant, and remains accountable through resolution.
The measure that matters: journeys completed exactly as promised, without requiring client intervention.

The standard behind every journey.
