The flight is monitored from departure. If it lands early or late, the chauffeur's positioning moves with it. The meeting point — terminal exit, arrivals hall, or private aviation facility — is agreed before travel, so no one searches for anyone.
Departures
Departure timing is built from the airline's check-in and gate requirements, the terminal, the day's traffic pattern and the guest's preference for margin — not from the take-off time alone.
Private aviation
For private aircraft, LEED coordinates with the FBO and handling agent so the vehicle is positioned correctly for aircraft-side or terminal reception. This is delivered through LEED Aviation.
